Investing in Your Child’s Future
Choosing a Christian education is a meaningful investment in your child’s academic, spiritual, and personal growth. At Louisville Adventist Academy, we work hard to keep tuition affordable while providing a high‑quality, Christ‑centered learning experience where students are encouraged to Know Jesus, Love Jesus, Share Jesus, and Serve Jesus every day.
We’re committed to partnering with families and making an LAA education accessible.

How Tuition Payments Work
Tuition is established each year by the School Board and divided into 10–12 monthly payments, depending on the start date. Payments are due on the 20th of each month, beginning in June, July, or August and ending in May.
Families may make payments:
- In the school office
- In the secure drop box in the school parking lot
- By mail
- Online through AdventistSchoolPay
We accept cash, personal checks, money orders, credit/debit cards, and ACH (electronic checks).
A $25 fee will be assessed for all returned checks.
Registration and book fees may be combined with tuition into regular monthly payments.
Available Discounts
LAA offers the following tuition discounts:
- 5% discount for paying the full year’s tuition in advance
- 2% discount for paying a full semester’s tuition in advance
- Multi‑student discount:
- 7% off tuition for the second student
- 15% off tuition for the third student
These discounts help make Christian education more affordable for families with multiple children.
Financial Aid & Assistance
We understand that every family’s situation is unique. LAA offers needs‑based financial assistance to qualifying families. Our goal is to ensure that finances are never the sole barrier to receiving a Christ‑centered education.
Financial aid may include:
- Needs‑based assistance
- Multi‑child discounts
- Church constituent support (where applicable)
If you’re unsure whether you qualify, we encourage you to reach out — we’re here to help.
