Our application process is simple, friendly, and designed to support your family from start to finish.
How to Apply
1. Contact the School Office
To begin the application process, please contact our school office. Our team will walk you through the steps, answer your questions, and provide the forms you need.

2. Complete the Application Packet
Once you connect with us, we’ll provide you with the application forms and required documents checklist. These typically include:
- Application form
- Birth certificate
- Immunization records
- Previous school records (if applicable)
- Any educational or behavioral support documentation (if applicable)
You may return the completed packet in person or by email.
3. Enrollment Requirements for New Students
To complete enrollment, new students must submit:
- Registration Fee
- Book Fee
- Lab Fee (if applicable)
- Prior school transcripts (for transfer students)
Required Annual Forms
The following documents are required for all students each school year:
- Family Information Sheet
- Records Request Form (for transfer students)
- Immunization Record (Kindergarten & 6th grade))
- Health Exam Form (Kindergarten & 6th grade)
- Emergency Medical Consent Form
- OTC Medicine Release Form
- Photo Consent and Release Form
- Authorized Pickup Form
- Student Handbook Agreement Form
- Athletic Participation Form (grades 6–12 for volleyball, soccer, or basketball)
New students may be tested to determine appropriate academic placement.
4. Schedule a Family Meeting
Once we receive your application, we’ll contact you to schedule a meeting with our principal or admissions team. This is a relaxed, friendly conversation where we get to know your family and answer any questions you may have.
If you haven’t already visited campus, this is a great time to do so.
5. Enrollment Decision
After your meeting and document review, we’ll notify you of your child’s acceptance status. If accepted, you’ll receive instructions for completing enrollment and securing your child’s spot.
Tuition & Financial Aid
We believe Christian education should be accessible to every family who desires it. Financial aid is available for qualifying families, and we’re happy to walk you through the process.

Application Timeline
Applications for the upcoming school year open in early spring, but we accept students year‑round as space allows. Early applications are encouraged to ensure availability.
